摘 要:影响金属快速剪切挤压连接板料变形的参数较多,精确建立参数与变形质量之间的关系比较困难。采用工艺实验结合数值模拟的方法分析了单参数变化对板料变形形态的影响,得到了搭接量(B)、压下量(L)、刃口宽(A)、刃口倾角(α)等关键参数对变形形态的影响规律。借助有限元数值模拟软件进行了正交实验模拟,得到了最优的参数组合,通过多元线性回归,得到了关键参数与分析指标间的数学模型。并通过实验验证了数学模型的正确性。Parameters affecting the rapid shear extrusion bonding of metal deformation are more, and it is difficult to establish the rela- tionship between the parameters and the quality of deformation. The influence of single parameter change on the deformation of sheet metal was analyzed by the combination of process experiment and numerical simulation. The influence rules of the key parameters such as over- lap (B), press quantity (L), width of the cutting edge (A), tilt angle of the cutting edge (a) and other key parameters on the deforma- tion pattern were obtained. By means of the finite element numerical simulation software, the optimal parameters combination were found by orthogonal experimental method. The mathematical model between the key parameters and analysis index was established by the method of multiple linear regression. Finally, the correctness of the mathematical model was verified by experiments.
