摘 要:针对硅油减震器外壳成形,提出整体式四道次旋压新工艺方案,对每道次进行有限元建模并模拟,分析旋压过程中存在的失稳、塌角等问题,确定了以对称旋轮及带外缘"刚端"坯料的形式进行内筒铲旋的方案来消除缺陷。从实际生产效率及效益角度考虑,外筒壁三道次旋压翻边均采用单旋轮并以90°均布在一台机床上,减少每道次变形程度,降低成形载荷。以模拟结果为基础,开展了内筒与外筒旋压实验,验证了新工艺方案的可行性,最终得到成形良好的工件。In order to form the shell of silicone-oil damper, a new process of integral four-pass spinning was put torward. The finite element model of each pass was established and simulated to analyze the problems such as instability and collapse. To avoid tile defects, the inner eylin- der was formed by shovel spinning with symmetrical double roller, and its blank was circular plate with unformed edge. In consideration of the actual production efficiency and benefit, the outer cylinder was obtained by three-pass spinning flanging with one roller uniformly distributed on machine at 90 degrees for each pass. On the basis of the simulation results, the spinning experiment of the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder was carried out to verify the feasibility of the new process plan. Finally, the well-formed workpiece was obtained.
