摘 要:提出了大型筒节轧后喷淋冷却方法,并设计了喷淋冷却装置;基于ABAQUS软件对大型筒节轧后喷淋冷却过程进行温度场模拟,结果表明喷淋冷却后筒节表面和心部温差小、温度场分布均匀,喷淋冷却筒节平均冷速可达到10℃·s^(-1)。实验研究了筒节材料2.25Cr1Mo0.25V钢的动态CCT曲线和不同形变-冷却工艺下筒节的微观组织,结果表明当平均冷速为10℃·s^(-1)时,冷却后组织主要为贝氏体组织,且随着变形温度的降低,贝氏体的条束状组织特征越明显,增加变形时的形变量,组织中条片状结构含量增多,相应的晶界逐渐明显。The spray cooling method after rolling cylinder was researched and the spray cooling device was designed. Based on ABAQUS, the temperature field of large cylinder during spray cooling process was simulated. Simulation results show that the temperature difference between inner and outer surfaces of large cylinder is small after spray cooling and the temperature distribution under the spray cooling is u- niform, the average cooling rate of the center of cylinder is about 10 ~C ~ s-l. The dynamic CCT curve and microstructure under different deformation-cooling technologies of 2. 25Crl MoO. 25V steel were studied in the experiment. Experiment results show that when the average cooling speed is 10 ℃ .s- 1 , the main mierostructure after cooling is bainite, and with the decrease of the deformation temperature, beam structure characteristic of bainite is more obvious ; with the increase of deformation, the content of lamellar structure increases, the corresponding grain boundary increases obviously.
