摘  要:利用双道次热压缩实验,在Gleeble-3500型热模拟机上研究了金属材料高铁螺纹道钉钢TD16的静态再结晶行为,分析了不同变形温度、应变、应变速率和初始晶粒尺寸对高铁螺纹道钉钢TD16的静态再结晶体积分数的影响。借助金相显微镜,对单道次热压缩后的试样进行微观组织分析,获得静态再结晶晶粒尺寸。基于实验数据进行线性回归分析确定材料的相关参数,从而建立了高铁螺纹道钉钢TD16静态再结晶的动力学模型和晶粒尺寸模型。通过不同热变形工艺参数下高铁螺纹道钉钢TD16静态再结晶动力学模型预测值与实验值的对比可知,实验数据与预测数据吻合良好,从而较好的验证了高铁螺纹道钉钢TD16动力学模型的正确性。The static recrystallization behaviors in high-speed rail screw spike steel TD16 were investigated by two-pass hot compression tests on Gleeble- 3500 thermo-simulation machine. The effects of deformation temperature, strain, strain rate and initial grain size on the static recrys- tallization volume friction were studied. With metalloscope, the static recrystallization grain sizes were obtained by analysis on samples after sin- gle pass hot compression tests. Based on experimental results, the dynamic model and grain size model for the static recrystallizatian behaviors of high-speed train screw spike steel TD16 were built. By comparing the experimental results with predicted results, a good agreement shows that the proposed dynamic model can give an accurate estimation of the static recrystallization behaviors for high-speed rail screw spike steel TD16.
