摘 要:基于一种金属对金属密封套筒结构内侧翻转直角槽和薄壁圆弧内缘根部的裂纹缺陷,采用试验和模拟相结合的方式,分析裂纹产生的原因。以翻转直角槽过渡圆角和薄壁圆弧内缘根部过渡圆角的大小为设计变量,通过构建数学优化模型,得出最佳数值,并对优化结果进行验证。结果表明,翻转直角槽过渡圆角取1.5 mm、薄壁圆弧内缘根部过渡圆角取3.0 mm时,翻转直角槽的最大等效塑性应变为0.31142、薄壁圆弧内缘根部的最大等效塑性应变为0.105129、薄壁圆弧处接触应力最大值可以达到1401.61 MPa,坐封后金属密封件密封性能稳定良好,没有出现裂纹缺陷。Based on a metal-to-metal sealing sleeve structure, in which the rectangular slot and thin-walled arc inner root were cracked, the cause of the cracks was analyzed by the combination of experiment and simulation. By using the transition fillets of the rectangular slot and thin-walled arc inner root as design variables, the mathematical optimization model was established, and the most reasonable value was obtained. The optimization results were verified. Result shows that when the transition fillet of the rectangular slot is 1.5 mm and the transition fillet of the thin-walled arc inner root is 3.0 mm, the maximum equivalent plastic strain of the rectangular slot is 0. 31142, the maximum equivalent plastic strain of the thin-walled arc inner root is 0. 105129, the maximum contact stress of the thin wall arc can reach 1401.61 MPa, and the seal ability of metal seal part is stable without observation of cracks after being set.
