摘  要:应用流函数法,建立了无缝钢管三辊张力减径变形区内速度场函数,基于上限法原理推导了变形区内总消耗功率的表达式,提出来轧制力能参数的计算方法,并以Φ82 mm×6.15 mm×3800 mm的AISI-1020钢管定径过程的数值模拟与工艺实验验证了该理论。通过模拟、实验与理论进行对比可知:模拟速度场与计算值趋势基本相同;理论轧制力与实测值基本吻合;流函数法可以较真实的反映实际速度场情况。The method of flow function was used to establish the velocity field function in the three roller tension reduction and defolia- tion zone of the seamless steel tube. Based on the principle of the upper bound method, the expression of the total power consumption in the deformed region was derived, and the calculation method of the rolling force energy parameters was proposed. And the theory was veri- fied by the simulation and experiment of fixed diameter process for AISI - 1020 pipe diameter of φ82 mm ×6. 15 mm× 3800 mm. The comparison of simulation, experiment and theory shows that the trend of simulation and calculated values of velocity field is basically the same, the measured and theoretical values of rolling force basically agree well, and the flow function method can real reflect the actual situation of velocity field.
