摘　　要：临床数据中心的电子病历是医疗过程中产生和记录的完整、详细的临床信息资源,包含疾病症状、治疗过程及康复情况。以电子病历的文本、疾病特征、病情特征和病情转归等信息为基础,依托大数据、语义分析、数据挖掘等技术,形成基于疾病的专病数据库,构建新型智慧电子病历分析服务型知识库体系,为临床辅助决策和疾病研究提供信息服务和数据支撑。The clinical data center of the electronic medical record is a complete and detailed clinical information resource generated and recorded in the healthcare provision, including the symptoms of the disease, the course of treatment and the rehabilitation. By digging the electronic medical records of the text, disease characteristics, disease condition and outcome, it can form a disease-based database for clinical decision-making and disease research to provide information services and data support to achieve a new type of intelligent electronic medical records analysis services of knowledge based system.
