摘　　要：目的:探讨根因分析法在医院感染漏报病例管理中的作用。方法:应用根因分析法对北京大学肿瘤医院医院感染病例漏报率较高的问题进行分析,查找原因,制定并执行改进措施。结果:执行改进措施2年后,医院感染病例漏报率由16.32%分别下降至6.91%、6.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。医院感染病例漏报主要发生在外科科室。结论:应用根因分析法可有效降低医院感染病例漏报率,是帮助管理者提高医院感染监测和管理水平的有效方法,并能在医院安全管理文化的建设中发挥积极作用。Objectives： To identify the effect of root cause analysis（RCA） in the missing report management of nosocomial infection cases. Methods： Root cause analysis was used to analyze the problems, causes of missing report of nosocomial infection cases at Beijing Cancer Hospital to make and implement countermeasures. Results： After 2 years of implementing measures, the missing report rates fell from 16.32% to 6.91% and 6.42% at the first and second year separately（P〈0.001）. Missing report cases were mainly in surgical departments. Conclusion： The use of the RCA can effectively reduce the missing report rate of nosocomial infection cases, may be a useful method for improving the level of nosocomial infection monitoring and management, and play a positive role in the construction of hospital culture of safety.
