摘  要:目的:评价SBAR医护沟通模式在危重病人护理管理中的应用效果。方法:将医院神经外科、神经内科、重症监护室、骨科、急诊EICU、心内科6个科室2015年7月?2016年6月的1980例住院危重病人进行随机分组,对照组1020例,观察组960例。对照组采用传统医护沟通模式,观察组采用SBAR医护沟通模式。比较两组患者护士对危重患者病情知晓率、护理措施落实率、医疗护理不良事件发生数及医护合作满意度等方面差异。结果:实施SBAR医护沟通模式组在护理质量、护士对患者病情知晓及医患满意度等方面均优于传统的医护沟通组(P<0.05),医疗护理不良事件发生数显著低于传统医护沟通组。结论:SBAR医护沟通模式对持续提升医疗护理质量、保障患者安全、促进医护协作性团队建设有重要作用,值得临床推广运用。Objectives: To evaluate the effect of SBAR nurse patient communication mode in critical patient management. Methods: During July 2015 to June 2016, 1980 cases of hospitalized critical patients were randomly selected from department of Neurosurgery, Neurology, Intensive Care Unit, Orthopedics, Emergency Intensive Care Unit and Cardiology. 1020 cases in the control group and 960 cases in the treatment group. The control group used the traditional nurse patient communication mode, the treatment group adopted the SBAR nurse patient communication mode. The awareness rate of critical patients, the implementation rate of nursing measures, the number of adverse events in medical care and the satisfaction of medical cooperation were compared the between the two groups of nurses. Results: The treatment group was better than the control group in the nursing quality, the awareness rate of critical patients, the implementation rate of nursing activities and the patient satisfaction(P〈0.05). The number of adverse events in medical care was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusions: SBRA nurse patient communication mode has played an important role in continuously improving the quality of nursing care, ensuring the safety of patients and promoting the construction of medical cooperation team. It is worthy of clinical application.
