摘　　要：以甘肃省疏勒河中下游为研究对象,利用1977、1986、1993、2002年和2013年5期遥感解译影像获取土地利用变化数据,通过土地利用类型面积转移矩阵、区域环境质量指数、土地利用类型转换的生态贡献率等方法,定量研究了1977—2013年疏勒河土地利用变化过程及其生态环境响应。结果表明:(1)1977—2013年,疏勒河土地利用变化以耕地、草地和未利用地的相互转换为主。与1977年相比:耕地、水域和建设用地面积分别增加了921.52km^2、75.6 km^2、74.18 km^2,林地、草地和未利用地面积分别减少了79.27 km^2、253.46 km^2和738.55 km^2。(2)1977—2013年,疏勒河中下游环境质量整体呈现出恶化—改善—改善—改善的态势,区域内部同时存在着恶化—改善的双向演替趋势。(3)草地、林地和水域的退化是区域环境质量恶化的主导因素,未利用地转换为草地及草地转化为水域是区域环境质量改善的主要因素。Based on the land use data interpreted from the remote sensing images in 1977,1986,1993,2002 and 2013,a case study on the spatiotemporal change of land use and its eco-environmental response in the middlelower reaches of the Shule River Basin was carried out via the area transfer matrix of land use change,eco-environment quality index model,and eco-environment contribution ratio of land use transition. The results were listed as follows：（1） The land use was changed apparently during the period from 1977 to 2013 with an inter-conversion of cropland,pasture and unused land. Compared to 1977,the areas of cropland,waters and constructed land in 2013 were enlarged by 921. 52 km^2,75. 6 km2 and 74. 18 km2,but those of forest,pasture and unused land were reduced by 79. 27 km2,253. 46 km2 and 738. 55 km2,respectively;（2） During the period from 1977 to 2013,the eco-environment quality in the middle-lower reaches of the Shule River Basin was significantly improved,however,it was improved in some areas but degenerated in other regions;（3） Degeneration of eco-environment quality was mainly caused by the deterioration of pasture,forest and waters,and the improvement of eco-environment quality was mainly caused by the transformation of unused land to pasture and from pasture to waters.
