单孔胸腔镜下Nuss手术治疗漏斗胸的临床效果及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的评价单孔胸腔镜下Nuss手术治疗漏斗胸的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2012年1月至2014年8月我院收治的漏斗胸患儿25例,其中男性21例,女性4例,年龄在4~18岁,中位年龄9岁。结果 25例患者手术时间30~50 min。患者胸廓畸形明显改善。其中1例术后出现气胸,经治疗后痊愈。1例术后复发,择期经过再次行单孔胸腔镜漏斗胸矫形手术,亦痊愈出院。结论单孔胸腔镜下Nuss手术治疗漏斗胸临床效果满意,且安全有效。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Nuss operation in the treatment of funnel chest with single hole. thoracic cavity. Methods 25 children with funnel chest in our hospital from January 2012 to August 2014 were selected. Among them, 21 cases were male and 4 were female. The age ranged from 4 to 18 years. The median age was 9 years. Results The operation time was 30-50 min in 25 cases. Patients with significant improvement in thoracic deformity. Pneumothorax occurred in I cases after operation, and recovered after treatment. 1 cases of postoperative recurrence, selective operation through single hole thoracic cavity again after single hole thoracic cavity, also recovered. Conclusion The clinical effect of Nuss operation in the treatment of funnel chest with single hole thoracic cavity is satisfactory and safe and effective.
