青鹏软膏联合三黄粉封包治疗慢性湿疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察青鹏软膏联合三黄粉封包治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:90例随机分为观察组、对照组A和对照组B各30例。观察组予青鹏软膏联合三黄粉调匀外搽患处后封包,每次封包时间不少于2h,封包结束6h后再外搽1次药膏;对照组A单用青鹏软膏外搽患处后封包,每次封包时间不少于2h,封包结束6h后再外搽1次软膏;对照组B用青鹏软膏外搽患处,隔8h后再外搽1次软膏。治疗15天后观察各组瘙痒程度及皮疹形态、面积。结果:总有效率观察组83.33%、对照组A56.67%、对照组B36.67%,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:青鹏软膏联合三黄粉封包治疗慢性湿疹疗效显著,且无明显不良反应。Objective ： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of package therapy with Qingpeng ointment combined with Sanhuang Powder in the treatment of chronic eczema. Method ： The patients with chronic eczema were randomly divided into observation group （ 30 cases ） , control group A （ 30 cases ） and control group B （ 30 cases ） .The observation group were treated by package therapy applying Qingpeng ointment combined with Sanhuang Powder for no less than 2 hours every time and after 6 hours, Qingpeng ointment combined with Sanhuang Powder were applied topically once more. The control group A were treated by package therapy applying Qingpeng ointment for no less than 2 hours every time and after 6 hours, Qingpeng ointment was applied topically once more. The control group B were treated by with Qingpeng ointment for one time and after 8 hours, Qingpeng ointment was applied topically once more.After 15 days of treatment, the degree of pruritus and the change of rash morphology with area were observed and the effective rate was compared. Result： After 15 days of treatment, the total effective rate in observation group was 83.33%while that of the control group A and was control group B was 56.67% and 36.67% respectively. The observation group was superior to the control group. The difference amaong them was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Qingpeng ointment combined with Sanhuang Powder encapsulated has significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of chronic eczema, without adverse reaction.
