摘  要:为解决ZJ118卷接机组无法对超细支空管二元复合滤嘴烟支进行检测等问题,对现有检测装置进行了改进。利用滤嘴端面检测光电传感器及设计程序算法,将空管二元复合滤嘴与普通滤嘴的外形差异转化为相应的电平特征信号,实现不合格滤嘴烟支和缺嘴烟支的识别和剔除。利用100个模拟空管二元复合滤棒的样品进行试验,结果表明:改进后滤嘴检测剔除装置,剔除不合格滤嘴烟支和缺嘴烟支的准确率达100%,能够满足卷接机组生产超细支空管二元复合滤棒的卷制工艺要求。该检测技术有效提高了ZJ118卷接机组对滤棒原辅材料的适应性,满足了卷烟多元化生产需求。In order to inspect super-slim cigarette with cavity dual filter, the inspection device in ZJ118 cigarette maker was modified.By means of the photoelectric sensor for filter end inspection and the design of program algorithm, the differences between the contours of cavity dual filter and normal filter were converted into corresponding electrical level signals to detect and reject cigarettes with defective filter or missing filter.An experiment was conducted with 100 simulated cavity dual filters, the results showed that the accuracy of the modified filter inspection device reached 100%, it effectively promotes the adaptability of ZJ118 cigarette maker for the diversified market needs.
