摘 要:本文从对虾生物絮团中分离出的高效降解亚硝酸盐的菌株NB9,经生理生化鉴定和16SrDNA序列分析,结果显示该菌株与发光杆菌属(Photobacterium)同源性高达97%,初步鉴定为发光杆菌属,培养条件优化表明在温度30℃、pH7.5、盐度25、C/N25时,该菌株对亚硝态氮降解效果最佳,并对氨氮也具有降解能力;菌株NB9对病原菌哈维氏弧菌、灿烂弧菌、鳗弧菌表现出明显的抑制作用;菌株的安全性实验表明该菌株对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)存活率无影响,能显著提高对虾的生长、饲料利用率和免疫防御能力。因此,菌株NB9是一株渔用微生物制剂的优良备选菌株。The objective of this study was to isolate and identify an efficient nitrite-N degradation strain named NB9 from biofloc-based shrimp culture ponds,optimized its conditions of culture,and evaluated ability to inhibit pathogens and safety to the Litopenaeus vannamei,including survival,growth performance and immunological parameters when added to the water.Combined with physiological and biochemical indexes and 16 SrDNA identification,isolated strain NB9 was identified as Photobacterium.Nitrite N degradation effects with strain NB9 was best when temperature at 30 C,salinity at 25,pH at7.5and C/N ratio at 25.Strain NB9 presented significant inhibitory features against the pathogen bacteria(P〈0.05),safety experimental showed isolated strain NB9 was not harm to the L.vannamei,and could improve the growth performance,feed conversion rate and immune defense level of L.vannamei significantly(P〈0.05).Therefore,isolated strain NB9 was alternative strain applied in aquaculture as potential probiotic.
