摘 要:为获得高纯度间/对甲酚,采用绿色化低温溶剂分离技术,探讨了溶剂种类、溶剂用量、温度及过滤方式对间/对甲酚纯度的影响。结果表明,采用醇醚与烷烃类复配混合溶剂SF7,在剂酚比为1.5~2.0条件下,间/对甲酚的收率可达80%,纯度高于99%。m-/p-Cresol exhibit promising market's prospect for their diverse applications. In order to obtain high purity of cresol, a green technique, which using solvent to separate the mixture at low temperature, was adopted. The influences of the types of solvent, dosage of solvent, temperature and filtering method on the purity of cresol were fully discussed. Results show that using mixed glycol ether and hydrocarbons as solvent and with 1.5 - 2.0 volume ratio of solvent to phenol, cresol with high purity above 99% can be easily obtained in 80% yield. The purification technology can not only effectively remove impurity ethyl phenol, but also give no waste, and so much green to environment.
