摘  要:采用自制的二氧化硅纳米溶胶对涤纶织物进行预处理,再利用疏水剂DM-3668B对预处理织物进行疏水疏油处理,探讨了预处理液中二氧化硅溶胶所占比例及DM-3668B质量浓度对涤纶织物疏水性能的影响.研究发现:直接利用溶胶(不经稀释)进行预处理,且在DM-3668B质量浓度为40g/L的工艺条件下,涤纶织物的疏水性能较单纯采用DM-3668B进行处理有较大提升,同时,织物对橄榄油展现了较好的疏油性能;二氧化硅和DM-3668B联合整理涤纶织物后,二氧化硅溶胶能均匀地分散在织物表面,DM-3668B处理不影响预处理中二氧化硅在涤纶纤维上的分布;联合整理的织物具有很好的耐淋水、耐静水压性能,织物断裂强度增大,同时二氧化硅有利于缓解高温处理下织物白度下降的问题.Hydrophobic and oleophobic polyester fabric was prepared via the pretreatment of silica sol made in lab and the treatment of hydrophobic agent (DM-3668B). The influence of the ratio of silica sol in solution and the mass concentration of DM-3668B to the hydrophobicity of polyester fabric was studied. It was found that if polyester fabric was treated with silica sol which had not done any dilute during pretreatment before and with 40 g/L of DM-3668B, the treated fabric would be more hydrophobic than fabric which was only treated by DM-3668B. The treated fabric was oleophobic to olive oil. It was also found that silica sol could be evenly distributed on the fabric and the following DM-3668B had almost no influence on the distribution of silica. Fabric treated with silica sol and DM-3668B had good resistance to water spray and penetration of water under hydrostatic pressure. The breaking strength and whiteness of treated fabric were increased compared with the fabric treated only with DM-3668B. It was found that silica could help reduce the whiteness loss caused by high temperature treatment.
