摘  要:目的:对市售12批不同产地的广藿香药材中3种挥发性成分进行定量分析和评价。方法:采用三氯甲烷超声提取,利用GC-FID法建立广藿香药材中β-石竹烯、广藿香醇及广藿香酮3种挥发性成分的含量测定方法。结果:通过方法学考察,表明该含量测定方法的线性关系、精密度、重复性及加样回收率均良好,可用于广藿香药材的质量控制。结论:通过对3种挥发性成分的含量测定,比较12批市售药材质量,不仅可以初步评价市售广藿香药材的相对质量,还能为该药材的质量标准提供依据。Objective:To investigate the three volatile compounds from 12 batches of Pogostemon cablin(Blanco)Benth from different regions.Methods:A combination of ultrasonic extraction with chloroform and GC-FID analysis method were used to simultaneously determine three volatile components ofβ-caryophyllene,patchouli alcohol and patchoulenone in Pogostemon cablin(Blanco)Benth.Results:The methodological study showed that the linear relationship,precision,repeatability and standard recovery of the content determination method were good,and it could be used for the quality control of Pogostemon cablin herbs.Conclusion:By comparing the quality of the 12 batches of merchant herbs by determining the contents of three volatile comonents,the relative quality of Pogostemon cablin herbs could be evaluated initially,and the basis of quality standard of the herb could be provided.
