摘　　要：目的:探究麻醉管理中应用快速康复外科策略对患者免疫功能的影响。方法:研究对象为2015年6月~2016年3月期间某院收治的84例腹腔镜直肠癌手术患者,将研究对象随机平均分配入对照组和实验组。对照组患者接受常规全身麻醉管理,实验组患者麻醉管理中应用快速康复外科策略,比较两组患者术中和术后3d的免疫功能。结果:实验组患者术中和术后的鼻咽温度均高于对照组患者的相应温度,实验组患者在术后3日的各项免疫指标均优于对照组患者的相应指标,P<0.05,数据差异均具有统计学意义。结论:在麻醉管理中应用快速康复外科策略对患者免疫功能的快速恢复具有积极的影响,值得广泛应用。Objective：To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery on the immunity of patients undergoing anesthesia management.Methods：The subjects of this study were 84 patients with laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery treated in a hospital from June 2015 to March 2016.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups：control group and experimental group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine anesthesia,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with rapid rehabilitation surgery.The immunity in operation and 3days after operation of patients in the two groups was compared.Results：Nasopharyngeal temperature of patients in the experimental group during and after operation were higher than the corresponding temperature of patients in the control group,the immune index of patients in the experimental group 3days after operation were better than those of the corresponding index of the control group,P0.05.The differences were statistically significant.Conclusion：The application of rapid rehabilitation surgery strategy in anesthesia management has a positive effect on the recovery of immune function.
