摘 要:本文对湿陷性黄土地区某高层建筑住宅楼的纠倾原因进行分析,提出了多竖井开挖分批水平掏土迫降+锚索加压调控+钢管桩与石灰桩加固的综合纠倾加固措施。通过科学合理的施工次序及现场监测,实践证明,该方法在湿陷性黄土地区治理建筑物不均匀沉降病害效果显著,保证了建筑物的长期稳定要求。对其他类似建筑物不均匀沉降的设计和施工具有指导性意义。Based on the analysis of the causes of the dumping of a high-rise building in the collapsible loess area,a comprehensive reinforcement measures involving of multi-shaft excavation,soil digging horizontally,compression with pre-stressed anchor,column pile and ash column etc is proposed. Through scientific construction sequence and on-site monitoring,it has been proved that this method has a great effect on the uneven settlement of the building in the collapsible loess area,which ensures the long-term stability requirement of the building. It could be referred by the similar design and construction of uneven settlement of other similar projects.
