摘  要:以MAN某型低速柴油机SCR系统的吹灰装置作为研究对象,应用商用软件FLUENT作为研究工具,选择N-S方程、Realizable k-ε方程、连续性方程和动量守恒方程作为求解的边界控制条件,对于孔径为1 mm的喷孔进行分析,分别模拟计算了喷孔的耗气量、吹扫范围、气耗比以及平均作用强度与压缩空气压力P、喷孔距离X之间的关系,为该孔径喷孔在吹灰装置的压缩空气压力P的选择、喷孔距离X的选择提供了参考依据。The blowing device of SCR system in a MAN low speed diesel engine is taken as the research object. The commercial software FLUENT is used as a research tool. N-S equation, Realizable k-equation, continuity equation and momentum conservation equation are used as the boundary condition. The spray hole with diameter of 1 mm is analyzed The relationship between the air consumption of the nozzle, the blowing range, the gas consumption ratio, the average intensity of the jet and the compressed air pressure P and the spray hole distance X are simulated The reference is provided for the selection of the compressed air Pressure and the selection of the jet orifice.
