摘　　要：煤气化工艺节能减排问题是制约其发展的瓶颈,目前虽然取得了一定的发展,但是仍然存在较多的问题,包括能量利用问题、积灰问题、污水问题等等。目前发展了火炬系统伴烧介质的解决技术、煤气化洗涤循环水处理技术、合成气冷却器积灰问题的解决技术,在一定程度上解决了部分煤气化工艺的节能减排问题,但仍有很大的提升空间。Coal gasification technology, energy saving and emission reduction is the bottleneck of its development, although it has obtained Certain development, but there are still many problems, including the problem of energy utilization and ash deposition,sewageandso on.Thecurrentdevelopmentofthetorchbumingsystemwithmediumsolutiontechnology, technology, circulatingwater washing Coal Gasification Syngas Cooler fouling problem solving techniques, to a certain extent to solve the problem of energy savingand emission reduction of coal gasification process, but there is still room for improvement：
