摘　　要：在邻菲咯啉和与其相关联而存在的各种金属离子的综合演化物之中,各种分子元素的组成模式具有不同程度的生物活性。因此设计合成具有生物活性的邻菲咯啉衍生物对寻找新型药物具有重要的意义。以邻菲咯啉(phen)为基本原料,邻菲咯啉二酮为配体,合成出二吡啶并[3,2-a:2’,3’-c]吩嗪(dppz)、二吡啶并[3,2-a:2’,3’-c]哇喔啉(dpq),并采用ESI-MS、~1H NMR等方法对这些化合物进行了表征;通过控制不同的反应条件(反应时间、温度、pH、投料比等),得到更适宜的合成路线。上述实验为开发抗肿瘤药物提供了一定的实验基础。In the complex evolution of Phenanthroline and its associated metal ions, the patterns of various molecular elements have different degrees of living activity.Therefore, the design and synthesis of biologically active phenanthroline derivatives is of great significance for the discovery of new drugs.In this experiment, phenanthroline （phen） as raw materials by phenanthroline as ligand to synthesize two ketone, pyridine and[3, 2-a ： 2 two ＇, 3＇-c]phenazine （DPPZ）, two pyridine and[3, 2-a ： 2 ＇, 3＇-c] （DPQ） -wow, using ESI-MS, 1H, and NMR were used to characterize these compounds ; by controlling different reaction conditions （reaction time, temperature, pH, ratio of feed）, synthetic route is more suitable for the.These exper/ments provide an expel/mental basis for the development of antitumor drugs.
