摘 要:离子液体作为环境友好的绿色溶剂得到了极大的发展。研究人员在研究其水生生物毒理及生物相容性的过程中发现其对常见的杆菌,球菌及真菌等均有良好的杀灭作用,而且可通过其本身的构效关系来调节抗菌性能。从离子液体的结构和抗菌性能关系出发,综述了离子液体在抗菌方面的应用。相关研究表明,离子液体的结构很大程度上决定了其抗菌能力。具体来说,这主要是由阳离子上取代基的位置和取代基的上碳链的长度决定的,当阳离子上的取代基链长为12~16个碳原子时离子液体具有更优异的抗菌性能。As the environmental-friendly"Green solvent",ionic liquids gain an increasing development in chemical industry,and their environmental compatibility also attracts many researches' attention. In some surveys about the toxicity and environmental compatibility of ionic liquids to aquatic life,researchers find that some ionic liquids( ILs) show significant anti-microbial activity against cocci,rods and fungi. The anti-microbial activity is greatly affected by their structures. Some information on the applications of ionic liquid as anti-microbial agent in terms of the relationship between the structures of ionic liquids and their antimicrobial activity were given. It was said that the increase in alkyl group chain length as well as the increase in the number of alkyl groups substituted on the caution corresponded with the increase in the anti-microbial activity. The most significant anti-microbial activity was observed in the situation that alkyl group chain length was 12 ~ 16.
