摘 要:针对球形铁磁颗粒密度较大、易磁化产生涡流损耗的缺点,用一个简单的化学还原法在常温常压下制备了铁纳米线。将质量分数为40%的铁纳米线颗粒与石蜡混合,制得测试样品。结果表明:最小反射损耗达到了-27dB,而且在C波段和Ku波段都有着良好的吸波性。这主要是由于铁纳米线结构具有高各向异性、较大的比表面积等使其形成了更多的界面极化和界面反射,从而提高了电磁吸波性能。同时,采用的原位还原法操作简单、温和,且不需要特殊要求,成本低、耗时短,能够用于工业生产。Aiming at the shortcomings of surface density of ferromagnetic particles was large and being magnetized easily which lead to the eddy current loss,Iron nanowires were prepared under normal temperature and pressure by a simple chemical reduction method. And the samples were suppressed through dispersed the mass fraction of 40% of the iron nanowires particles mixed into the paraffin. The experimental results showed that,the minimum reflection loss value reached -27 dB. Simultaneously,it had all good absorbing property in C band and Ku band. This was mainly duo to iron nanowires structure with high anisotropy,the larger specific surface which can bring more interface polarization charge and interface reflection,thereby enhancing the absorption strength of electromagnetic waves. What's more,in situ reduction method was simple and modest. It can be operated under atmospheric pressure without special requirement. At the same time,and it can be used in industrial production because of low cost,short time-consuming.
