摘 要:以高炉水淬渣(WBFS)为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制得高炉水淬渣负载铁掺杂TiO_2(Fe-TiO_2/WBFS)复合光催化材料。对不同铁离子掺杂量的Fe-TiO_2/WBFS进行表征。以亚甲基蓝溶液(MB)为降解目标,对制得的Fe-TiO_2/WBFS光催化材料进行光催化活性评价。结果表明,铁离子掺杂量为2%(摩尔百分数)时,其物相组成为锐钛矿与金红石的混合晶型,微观形貌呈多孔状。在太阳光照射180min时,Fe-TiO_2/WBFS对亚甲基蓝溶液的降解率达到95%,经5次重复利用后,Fe-TiO_2/WBFS光催化降解率仍可达到75%。The composite photocatalyst of Fe^3+ doped TiO2/WBFS were prepared by sol-gel method using surface etching of WBFS as the carrier. The different contents of Fe^3+doped TiO2/WBFS were characterized. The photocatalytic activity of Fe-TiO2/WBFS was evaluated using methylene blue( MB) as degradation target. The results indicated that 2%( mol) content of Fe^3+doped TiO2/WBFS was consisted of anatase and rutile crystal form,and the surface morphology of Fe-TiO2/WBFS was porous. After illuminated by sunlight for 180 min,the degradation rate of MB reached to 95%. When Fe-TiO2/WBFS was used repeatedly for 5 times,the degradation rate of MB can reach to 75%.
