摘 要:以甲醛、尿素等为原料,采用四级分段聚合工艺合成脲醛树脂产品,考察了不同阶段醛脲摩尔配比对胶液性能的影响,优化了合成工艺条件。结果表明,当醛脲总配比为1.05∶1(mol,物质的量,下同),第一段醛脲配比为2.05∶1,第二段醛脲配比为1.40∶1,第三段醛脲配比为1.14∶1时,制得的脲醛树脂的粘接强度达1.25MPa,游离醛质量含量为0.067%,符合E0级人造板的应用要求。With formaldehyde and urea as starting material,urea-formaldehyde resin was prepared through a multi-step preparation process. The effects of F/U molar ratios on the performance of resin were investigated,and preparation conditions were optimized. The result showed that,at selected conditions when the F/U ratio of total polymerization at 1. 05∶ 1,the different F/U ratios of 1^st,2^nd,3^rd polymeric stages at 2. 05∶ 1,1. 40∶ 1,1. 14∶ 1 respectively,a urea-formaldehyde resin with the bonding strength up to 1. 25 MPa was produced and formaldehyde content was at 0. 067%. It was fairly qualified for the need of E0 grade artificial board production.
