摘 要:通过分析现有新品冰箱性能研究测试过程中存在的问题,提出一种冰箱综合性能测试分析系统,包括测试设备、可视化界面与通用控制程序等,来完成此套测试分析系统与冰箱联合性能测试验证。结果表明,依托冰箱综合性能测试设备所验证的冰箱载体化霜性能、压缩机变频控制、参数设定等试验均可以实现手动与联动控制要求,联动控制得到的冰箱能耗与正式控制程序在同一新品载体样机上测试的能耗相当。在主板、显板以及控制程序等均未正式完成的条件下,此套冰箱综合性能测试设备可以实现冰箱新品样机性能提前摸底的测试,加快冰箱新品性能验证速度,更有利于新品冰箱提前进入市场。A kind of comprehensive performance test and analysis system of freezer is putted forward, including test equipment, visual interface and general control program etc, through the analysis of problems on the existing new refrigerator performance in the testing process, and the performance test of analysis system and refrigerator is completed. The results show that the tests of the frost, compressor frequency conversion control and parameter setting can be controlled by manual and linkage, depending on the refrigerator comprehensive performance test equipment, the performance of the new refrigerator can be tested by this comprehensive performance test equipment in advance under the condition of the main board, display board and control procedures were not formally completed, so the performance of the new refrigerator can be verified fleetly and the refrigerator products enter the market shift to an earlier date.
