摘 要:课题组通过开展城镇排水系统标准体系研究,确定源头减排、排水管渠和排涝除险三段式内涝防治体系。在此基础上,编制完成了《城镇内涝防治技术规范》(GB 51222-2017)(以下简称"规范"),规范了新建、改建和扩建的城镇内涝防治设施的建设和运行维护。介绍了"规范"的编制背景和思路,明确了内涝防治系统的定义,并对主要技术要求和技术措施等内容进行了说明,有助于"规范"的推广应用,提升城镇内涝防治能力。Based on the three-stage urban flooding prevention and control system of low impact development,minor drainage system, major drainage system which is determined by the study of urban drainage standard system, the national standard, Technical code for urban flooding preven- tion and control (GB 51222-2017) is developed to regulating the construction and management tech- nology of new construction, renovation and expansion of urban flooding facilities. The background and thought of this national standard are introduced, and the concept of definition of urban flooding prevention and control system is also clearly defined. For better application, crucial contents like major technical reauirements and key technologies are discussed.
