摘　　要：目的:通过评价健康宣教和健康宣教加控盐勺干预的减盐效果,探索对农村居民简单有效的减盐措施。方法:随机抽取渭南市临渭区3个行政村常住居民,并随机分为对照、健康宣教和"健康宣教+控盐勺"3组,开展为期2个月的干预。结果:全程参与干预的624名居民中,高血压患者的食盐人均日摄入量(t=3.14,P<0.01)和食盐超标率(χ~2=11.09,P<0.01)均高于非高血压人群;干预后对照组食盐人均日摄入量无明显变化(P>0.05),2个干预组均有显著下降(P<0.05),健康宣教+控盐勺组较健康宣教组下降更为显著(t=2.529,P<0.05);干预前后对照组的血压无明显变化(P<0.05),2个干预组的收缩压值均有显著下降(P<0.05),而舒张压仅在健康宣教+控盐勺组下降(P<0.05)。讨论:健康宣教是农村开展高血压综合防治的有效手段,配合控盐勺使用将显著提高限盐效果。[Objective] To evaluate the effect of health education, health education additional limited salt spoon intervention, and to ex- plore the simple and effective salt reduction measures in rural residents. [Method] Totally 624 objects from three administrative villages in Linwei District of Weinan city were sampled randomly and randomly divided into 3 groups including the control group. The health education group and the health education additional limited salt spoon intervention group, the interventions were carried for 2 months. [Result] Daily Salt Intake （t = 3. 14, P 〈0. 01 ） and exceed standard rate of salt （X2 = 11.09, P 〈0. 01 ） were higher in hypertensive patients than in non Hypertensive pa- tients in baseline survey. Before and after the intervention The chang of salt intake per day was not significant in the control group （P 〉 0. 05 ） and were decreased significantlyin the two intervention groups （P 〈0. 05） . The health education additional limited salt spoon intevTention group decreased more significantly than the health education group （ t = 2. 529, P 〈 0. 05 ） . Before and after the intervention the chang of blood pressure was not significant in the control group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, the systolic blood pressure decreased significantly in both of the intervention groups （P 〈 0. 05 ） but diastolic blood pressure only decreased significantly in the education additional limited salt spoon intervention group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . [Conclusion] health aducation is the effective methods to carry out the pevention and control of hypertension in the countryside but health education additional limited salt spoonintervention will improve the effect of salt reduction significantly.
