摘 要:基于知识贡献动机(Knowledge Contributing Motivation,KCM)和技术接受模型(Technology Acceptance Model,TAM)视角,构建学术虚拟社区知识贡献意愿影响因素的理论研究框架,以学术虚拟社区204份有效调查问卷为样本,采用结构方程建模方法进行实证数据分析。研究结果表明,感知有用性、感知易用性和乐于助人对知识贡献意愿产生直接的正向影响,且感知易用性也通过感知有用性间接地正向影响知识贡献意愿;信任氛围、激励均通过感知有用性与感知易用性间接地正向作用于知识贡献意愿,而自我效能的间接正向作用效应却不显著。This paper constructs a theoretical framework of influential factors of knowledge contributing willingness in academic virtual communities based on Knowledge Contributing Motivation (KCM) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). 204 valid questionnaires survey of academic virtual communities are analyzed by structure equation model. The resuits show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and enjoying helping others have a directly positive effect on knowledge contributing willingness, meanwhile, perceived ease of use has indirectly effect on knowledge contributing will- ingness through perceived usefulness; both trust climate and incentive have indirectly effect on knowledge contributing will- ingness through perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use ; However, the indirect effect of self - efficacy on knowledge contributing willingness is not significant.
