摘  要:某长输管线工程施工建设中,对管道环焊缝进行X射线检测时,在1500多道环焊缝底片中发现有20道环焊缝附近的母材上存在疑似圆形缺陷,其中7道环焊缝母材附近的疑似圆形缺陷超标。通过现场勘查、金相分析、电镜及能谱分析对疑似缺陷进行了剖析,分析结果认为,该缺陷产生的原因是由于工件端焊接电极与钢管接触不良从而导致电弧放电,使得缺陷部位金属经历了高温熔化后重新结晶,在此过程中,产生了内部气孔。并对此提出相关建议,以供同行参考。When the X -ray inspection of the girth weld was carrying out in a pipeline construction project, in the 1500 girth weld X -film found in 20 girth weld near the metal on the existence of suspected defects which 7 defects exceed the standard. Through field investigation, metallographic analysis, SEM and energy spectrum analysis to analyze the suspected defect, according to the analyzing results, the causes are due to the end of the welding electrode and the steel pipe leading to poor contact arc discharge, the internal pores was produced when the defective parts of metal experienced high temperature melting and then re-crystallization. Some suggestions are put forward for reference.
