摘 要:采用静电纺丝法制备了聚砜(PSf)纳米纤维作为正渗透复合膜的支撑层,在此基础上通过界面聚合反应制备了正渗透膜。考察了纺丝液自身性质,PSf含量以及溶剂N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)与N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(NMP)比例对PSf支撑层微观结构及其性能影响。结果表明,纺丝液的PSf质量分数为20%,NMP/DMF体积比为3/7时得到的纺丝纤维均匀无瑕疵,平均纤维直径为396 nm,平均孔径为1.34μm,孔隙率为75.77%。经界面聚合反应在PSf支撑层表面形成聚酰胺活性层,经测试其水通量为42.17 L/(m^2·h),比3种商品膜水通量提高了3倍以上。Polysulfone nanofibers were prepared by eleetrospinning and using it as substrates to make high-quality thin film nanocomposite forward osmosis membrane. Effect of spinning solution properties, P.SF content and the ratio of N,N-Dimethylformamide and 1-Methyl-2-pyrrolidinone on morphological and characterization of substrates was explored. The results showed that the morphology ofnanofibers were uniform and flawless when the m^s fraction of PSfof spinning dope was 20% and solvent volume ratio of 1-Methyl-2-pyrrolidinone and N,N-Dimethylformamide was 3/7. The average fiber diameter, average pore size, porosity and of the substrates was 396 nm, 1.34 μm and 75.77%, respectively. The polymer active layer was formed by interfaeial polymerization on the surface ofPSf substrate successfully. After the test, the average water flux was 42.17 L/(m2-h), it was higher than commercial membranes more than three times.
