摘 要:通过单因素实验考察了氧化钙的用量、质量分数5%(下同)硫酸铝的用量、搅拌时间和沉降时间对水样COD去除率及色度的影响。在单因素实验的基础上,以水样的COD去除率为响应值,进行Box-Behnken中心组合实验,优化得到的最佳工艺条件为:每处理100 mL水样,在转速500 r/min、搅拌时间40 min条件下,氧化钙的加入量为10.7 g,硫酸铝的加入量为1.2 mL,反应时间为5 d,在此工艺条件下水样的COD去除率达到84%,COD为120 mg/L。硫酸铝与氧化钙复配对余甘子果汁生产废水处理效果明显,处理后的废水指标均达到了国家污水排放二级标准。The paper aims at developing a simple, stable and rapid wastewater treatment process to treat the wastewater from Phyllanthus emblica L. juice production. The effects of CaO dosage, 5% (wt%) A12(SO4)3 dosage, stirring time and sedimentation time on COD removal rate and chroma were researched by single factor experiment. Tlae optimum technological conditions were obtained by single factor experiment, COD removal rate used as the response value and Box-Behnken central composite experiment, and the optimum technological conditions were as follow: when treatiag 100 mL sample wastewater, the fixed speed, stirring time, CaO dosage, 5% (wt%) AI(SO4) dosage and reaction time was 500 r/min, 40 min, 10.7 g, 1.2 mL and 5 d, respectively, the COD removal rate could reach 840 and the COD value was 120 mg/L. The treatment effect of wastewater from PhyUanthus emblica L. juice production was obvious by CaO and A12 (SO4)3 compound method and the effluent reached the second level national waste-water discharge standards.
