摘 要:采用脱水污泥为实验材料,从热水解的原理出发,研究了不同的热水解时间、温度下对污泥中物质释放的影响,并用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、紫外可见光谱仪对污泥离心上清液进行表征。结果表明,污泥离心上清液中SCOD和NH_(3-)N、蛋白质、多糖的含量随着热水解温度和时间的增加而显著增加;热水解促进K的释放,但不同热水解条件对K的释放影响不大;160℃、60 min时,上清液中P的质量浓度从5.01 mg/L升高到38.64 mg/L;3种重金属Cu、Ni、Zn的变化趋势不同。热水解后的剩余污泥,有机物和无机物含量减少,有利于后续的处置,且离心上清液中元素可回收利用。Dewatered sludge was used as experimental material, and according to the principle of the hydro-thermal, the effects of thermal hydrolysis treatment time and temperature on the release of substances in sewage sludge was investigated. Analytical methods, such as FT-IR and UV-Vis were used to characterize the sludge supernatant fluid. The results showed that, The SCOD, and content of NH3-N, protein, polysaccharide in the sludge supematant fluid increased with the increase of the temperature and time, thermal hydrolysis promote the release of K, but different thermal hydrolysis conditions had little impact for the release of K, the mass concentration of P in supernatant increased from 5.01 mg/L to 38.64 mg/L at 160 ℃ for 60 min, the change trends of three kinds of heavy metals of Cu, Ni, Zn were different. The excess sludge after thermal hydrolysis, the contents of organics and inorganics decreased, which be beneficial to subsequent treatment, and the element in the sludge supematant fluid could be recycled.
