5例犬肾上腺皮质机能亢进病例分析

摘　　要：为更好了解犬肾上腺皮质机能亢进的临床特点和诊断方法,通过对5例肾上腺皮质机能亢进的犬,结合患犬的病史、临床症状、血常规、生化、尿液分析、B超检查及垂体-肾上腺皮质轴试验进行诊断。结果表明,患犬主要表现为多饮、多尿、多食、对称性脱毛、皮肤变薄、腹围增大、运动不耐受和高血糖等症状;常发生血液碱性磷酸酶和谷丙转氨酶升高;B超用于检查肾上腺形态;ACTH刺激试验、低剂量地塞米松抑制试验(LDDST)和ACTH刺激试验结合,可用于诊断犬肾上腺皮质机能亢进。The present study aimed to summarize the clinical characteristics and diagnostic methods of hyperadrenocorticism in dogs through contrastive analysis of 5 collected cases in animal hospital of Zhejiang University, combined with medical history, clinical diagnosis, routine laboratory diagnosis, type-B ultrasonic and pituitary-adrenal cortex axis test. The result indicated that the classical clinical features were mainly polydipsia, polyuria, polyphagia, symmetric hair removal, skin thinning, abdominal enlargement, exercise intolerance,hyperglycemia and so on.The levels of ALKP and ALT rose in most of these cases.Type-B ultrasonic was used to check the morphological structure of adrenal gland.It was revealed that canine hyperadrenocorticism could be confirmed through ACTH-stimulation test, LDDS test and LDDS test combined ACTH-stimulation test.
