摘 要:针对东山煤矿巷式充填开采的特征,采用灰色关联度分析法计算各影响因素与充填巷变形量的关联程度,结果表明,影响巷式充填开采效果的主控影响因素是充填体弹性模量、充填率、煤柱宽度和充填条带宽度,并指出选用高弹模充填体、高充填率的充填工艺以及大宽度充填条带能有效地降低巷式充填巷道的变形量以及提高巷式充填开采的稳定性,并提出了巷式充填开采工艺的改进措施,使充填巷道变形量减少约60%,蠕变量减少40%,蠕变时间缩短50%,蠕变速率提升约62%,取得了良好的效果。Aimed at the characteristics of roadway filling mining in Dongshan coal mine, the correlation between influence factors and deformation of filling roadway was calculated by gray correlation analysis. The results showed that the main influence fac- tors of filling mining effect were the elastic modulus of filling body, the filling rate, the coal pillar width and the filling width. Through the analysis on the factors, it pointed out that the filling technology with high elastic modulus and filling rate, as well as the large width filling strip could effectively reduce the deformation of filling roadway and improve the stability of roadway filling mining. Besides, the improvement measures of roadway filling mining technology were put forward, reducing the de- formation of filling roadway, the creep variable and the creep time by 60 %, 40% and 50 % respectively and increasing the creep rate by 62%, with good results.
