摘　　要：目的建立同时测定消炎利胆胶囊中绿原酸和迷迭香酸含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用Phenomonex~ C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸溶液(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为330 nm。结果绿原酸、迷迭香酸质量浓度分别在1.37~68.50,0.87~43.60μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,加样回收率分别为101.04%和98.78%,RSD分别为2.11%和1.68%(n=6)。结论该试验所建立的方法准确、可靠、重复性好,可为消炎利胆胶囊的质量控制提供科学依据。Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of chlorogenic acid and rosmarinic acid in Xiaoyanlidan Capsules. Method The phenomonex -C18 column （250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm） was adopted, the mobile phase was composed of ace- tonitrile（A） -0. 1% phosphoric acid（B） solution with gradient elution,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 30 %, the detecting wavelength was set at 330 nm. Results The ranges of calibration curve of chlorogenic acid and rosmarinic acid were 1.37-68.50,0. 87-43.60μg/mL,with the average recoveries of 101.04% and 98.78% ,RSDs were 2.11% and 1.68% ,respectively （n = 6）. Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable and repeatable,which can provide a more comprehensive basis for quality control of Xiaoyanlidan Capsules.
