早期应用猪肺磷脂治疗晚期早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨早期应用猪肺磷脂治疗晚期早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征的疗效。方法根据治疗方法的不同将医院2014年1月至2016年12月收治的98例晚期早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿分为两组,对照组30例常规治疗,观察组68例在常规治疗的基础上应用猪肺磷脂治疗。结果观察组总有效率为98.53%,高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05),呼吸困难消失时间、吸氧时间、机械通气时间和住院时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组不良事件发生率分别为4.47%和16.67%,比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论早期应用猪肺磷脂可缩短晚期早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿症状改善时间和治疗时间,明显提高临床疗效。Objective To investigate the early application of poractant alfa injection （ Curosurf ） in treating advanced respiratory distress syndrome in premature infants. Methods Totally 98 premature infants with advanced respiratory distress syndrome in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The control group（ n=30） was given routine treatment, on this basis, the observation group （ n=68 ） was given Curosurf. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98. 53%, which was significantly higher than 86. 67% of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The time of dyspnea, the time of oxygen absorption, the time of mechanical ventilation and the duration of hospitalization in observation group were significantly better than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The incidence rate of adverse events in the observation group was 4. 47%, which was significantly lower than 16. 67% in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Early application of Curosurf in treating advanced respiratory distress syndrome in premature infants can shorten the improved time and treatment time, it is also can obviously improve the clinical curative effect.
