用药护理对普外科腹腔镜手术患者负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨用药护理对普外科腹腔镜手术患者负性情绪的影响。方法选取2013年1月至2016年2月医院收治的210例普外科腹腔镜手术患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各105例。对照组患者采用腹腔镜手术常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施用药护理,观察两组患者护理前后负面情绪情况。结果护理前,两组患者焦虑和抑郁评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者焦虑及抑郁评分分别为(5.16±2.55)分和(4.95±3.14)分,对照组患者分别为(12.63±4.27)分和(12.56±3.96)分,观察组患者评分明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率为96.19%,高于对照组的83.81%(P<0.05)。结论用药护理可缓解患者焦虑、抑郁的负面情绪,有效改善患者心理状态,建立治疗的自信心,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of medication nursing on negative emotion of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in the department of general surgery. Methods Totally 210 patients with laparoscopic operation in the department of general surgery in our hospital from January 2013 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 105 cases in each group. The control group was treated by laparoscopic surgery and routine nursing, on this basis, the observation group were given medication nursing. The negative emotions of two groups before and after nursing were observed and compared. Results There was no significant difference about anxiety and depression between the two groups before nursing （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . After treatment, the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were （ 5. 16 ＆#177; 2. 55 ） points and （ 4. 95 ＆#177; 3. 14 ） points, which were significantly lower than （ 12. 63 ＆#177; 4. 27 ） points and （ 12. 56 ＆#177; 3. 96 ） points of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The total effective rate of the observation group was 96. 19%, which was significantly higher than 83. 81% of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Medication nursing can alleviate the negative emotions of patients with anxiety and depression, effectively improve the psychological state of patients, and establish the confidence of treatment, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
