顺尔宁联合信必可对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿肺通气功能和炎症因子水平的影响  

Influence of Singulair Combined with Symbicort Turbuhaler on Pulmonary Function and Levels of Inflammatory Factors of Children with Cough Variant Asthma

摘　　要：目的观察顺尔宁联合信必可对咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患儿肺通气功能和炎症因子水平的影响。方法将医院收治的CVA患儿90例随机分为2组,对照组45例吸入信必可治疗,观察组45例同时口服顺尔宁。结果观察组治疗后肺通气功能[第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV_1/FVC]优于对照组(P<0.05),嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子和总IgE水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论顺尔宁联合信必可治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿疗效较好,还可改善肺通气功能,降低血清炎症因子水平。Objective To investigate the influence of Singulair combined with Symbicort Turbuhaler on pulmonary function and levels of inflammatory factors of children with cough variant asthma（ CVA）. Methods Totally 90 children patients with CVA admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Symbicort Turbuhaler,while the observation group was treated with Singulair on the basis of the control group. Results After treatment,the pulmonary function（ FEV_1, FVC and FEV_1/FVC） of the observation group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）,but the levels of eosinophil cation and total IgE were lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Singulair combined with Symbicort Turbuhaler in the treatment of CVA has good clinical effect,it can effectively improve pulmonary function and reduce serum inflammatory factors.
