孟鲁司特钠对哮喘患儿肺功能及诱导痰液炎性因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察孟鲁司特钠治疗哮喘患儿的临床疗效,并分析其对患儿机体内诱导痰液的白细胞介素5(IL-5)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平及肺功能等相关指标的影响。方法将医院收治的哮喘患儿96例随机分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组使用常规治疗方法,观察组在此基础上加用孟鲁司特钠。结果治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组患儿IL-5水平更低,而IFN-γ水平更高,肺功能指标改善更优,组间差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠治疗哮喘可有效改善患儿体内的炎性介质水平及肺功能状态,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with asthma and investigate the effect on IL-5,IFN-γ in induced sputum and lung function. Methods Totally 96 children with asthma in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,48 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment,on this basis,the observation group was given montelukast sodium. Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the level of IL-5 was significantly lower,the level of IFN-γ was significantly higher,and the lung function was significantly better in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with asthma can effectively improve the level of inflammatory cytokines and lung function,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
