邓小平群众观的实践困境与对策思路

摘　　要：邓小平群众观是以"人民群众为中心"的核心价值观,强调人民群众是社会进步发展的动力,要相信群众、依靠群众、团结群众、充分调动群众积极性、主动性和创新性,为全面建设小康社会的健康发展奠定基础。然而,当前邓小平群众观的理论在社会实践应用中遭遇困境,包括党员干部及官员们在理论与认识上的距离、理念与行动的不一致和工作目标与工作实际脱节等问题,而亟需采取合理可行、积极有效的对策,培养领导干部有更深的理论认识,有更多的实际行动,实行更严厉的党风党纪和树立坚定的政治信仰等,以深入推动符合人民群众利益的改革,而确保党的群众观理论切实有效地指导我国社会主义事业现代化发展的实践。Deng Xiaoping＇s mass viewpoint takes ＂masses-centered＂ as the core values, emphasizing that people is the driving force of social progress,and believing the people, relying on the people, and uniting the people, which can arouse people＇s enthusiasm,initiative and innovativeness,and lay solid foundation for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. However, Deng Xiaoping ＇s mass viewpoint encounters difficulties in the application of social practice, for example, the officials can not understand the theory deeply, their thoughts and action are not consistent with each other and the social reality does not match its goal,etc. Therefore it is necessary to take active and effective measures to foster further theoretical understanding of leading cadres,and take more practical actions,such as stricter Party discipline,and higher political beliefs. In this way it can be helpful to promote the reform in line with the interests of the people,and ensure the effective guidance of mass viewpoint in the practice of socialist modernization development.
