黄葵胶囊治疗IgA肾病的有效性及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨黄葵胶囊治疗IgA肾病的有效性及安全性。方法选择2014年7月至2015年6月医院确诊为IgA肾病患者76例，按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组，各38例。在常规使用ACEI或ARB药物治疗的基础上，对照组予以糖皮质激素治疗，试验组予以黄葵胶囊治疗，比较两组患者的治疗总有效率及不良反应。结果试验组的治疗总有效率与对照组相当，试验组患者的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论黄葵胶囊治疗IgA肾病具有一定效果，且不良反应少，安全性高，值得推广。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of ambrette capsule in the treatment of IgA nephropathy and security.Methods In July 2014 - June 2015 in our hospital 76 cases diagnosed with IgA nephropathy patients,the experimental group ambrette capsule treatment,compared two groups total effective rate and adverse reaction of patient care.Results The total effective rate of ambrette group and control group,ambrette group of patients with adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of control group,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of ambrette capsule in the treatment of IgA nephropathy have certain effect,have certain application value in clinical.
