40例注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠的不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的观察运用注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗后所出现的不良反应。方法分析该地区14家医院均发生在2014年1月至2016年6月出现已知的、因注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠导致的不良反应。结果过敏反应在注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠导致的不良反应中发生率最高：血液系统反应的发生率仅次于过敏反应的发生。发生率较低的不良反应包括双硫仑样反应、痉挛性干咳、头痛、腹痛及肝肾脏系统的反应等。结论运用注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗后所出现的不良反应较复杂，严重影响患者的健康，因此在用药过程中,应加强对用药过程的有效监测。Objective To explore the use of shu ba jotham sodium cefoperazone sodium for injection of adverse reactions after treatment.Methods Analysis of 14 hospitals in the region known as shu ba jotham sodium cefoperazone sodium for injection lead to adverse reactions,and all the occurrence of adverse reactions in January 2014 - June 2016.Results Allergic reaction for shu ba jotham sodium cefoperazone sodium for injection to the incidence of adverse reactions in the highest.The incidence of blood system response after the occurrence of allergic reactions.A lower incidence of adverse reactions including：double sulfur （sample reaction,spasmodic cough,headache,abdominal pain and kidney dirty system response,etc.Conclusion Shu ba jotham sodium cefoperazone sodium for injection of adverse reactions after treatment is relatively complex,seriously affect the patients health, therefore, in the process of drug should be strengthened for effective monitoring in the process of drug use.
