老年性耳聋与糖尿病、高血压、高脂血症、高尿酸血症的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的 分析糖尿病、高血压、高脂血症、高尿酸血症与老年性耳聋的相关性.方法 选择2013年9月至2016年3月到本院就诊的高血压病患者150例（300耳）、2型糖尿病患者129例（258耳）、高脂血症患者136例（272耳）、高尿酸血症患者100例（200耳）与同期体检健康老年人100例（200耳）作为研究对象,对全部研究对象进行血糖、血脂、血压和耳部检查,并进行纯音听阈测试.结果 高血压组、糖尿病组、高脂血症组、高尿酸血症组纯音听力各频率均显著高于健康组（P〈0.01）;所有老年人以高频损失为主;高血压组、糖尿病组、高脂血症组、高尿酸血症组各组间比较无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论 高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症、高尿酸血症是影响老年患者听力和加重听力损害的重要因素,故预防和治疗代谢性疾病是防止和延缓老年性耳聋的重要措施之一.Objective Analysis of the correlation between diabetes mellitus,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,hyperuricemia and senile deafness.Methods From September 2013 to March 2016 to 150 patients with hypertension in our hospital patients（300 ears）,patients with type 2 diabetes in 129 cases（258 ears）,hyperlipidemia in 136 cases（272 ears）,100 cases of hyperuricemia patients（200 ears） and healthy elderly people in 100 cases（200 ears） as the research object,blood glucose,blood lipid and blood pressure and ear examination of all subjects,and pure tone audiometry.Results In hypertension group,diabetes group,hyperlipidemia group,the hyperuricemia group hearing of each frequency were significantly higher than that of healthy group（P〈0.01）;all the elderly with high frequency loss;hypertension group,diabetes group,hyperlipidemia group and hyperuricemia group among the groups were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia and hyperuricemia in elderly patients is an important factor in aggravating hearing and hearing impairment,so the prevention and treatment of metabolic diseases are important measures to prevent and delay the senile deafness of.
