摘　　要：目的 探讨天津市血液中心近3年成分制备过程中血液报废的原因,寻找减少血液报废的途径,避免血液资源浪费.方法 对天津市血液中心2012年11月至2014年10月成分制备过程中的报废血液进行回顾性统计分析及原因调查.结果 成分制备过程中的血液报废原因以乳糜血、漏袋为主,在过去3年中出现上升趋势,溶血、血浆色泽异常、凝块、目测含量低、无标签等原因的报废都呈下降趋势.结论 为进一步降低血液报废率,仍需要制定一系列的改进措施,完善献血者尤其是初次献血者招募时的教育,宣传和病史征询,各环节应加强管理,可有效减少血液报废情况,节约血液资源.Objective To investigate the scrap reason during blood component preparation in Tianjin blood center nearly three years,search for ways to reduce blood scrap,and avoid blood resource waste.Methods The Tianjin blood center in November 2012 to October 2014 components in the process of preparation of scrap blood retrospective statistical analysis and causes of investigation.Results The components in the process of preparation of blood scrap reason is given priority to with chyle blood,leakage bag,in the past three years rise trend,hemolysis,plasma color abnormal,clots,low content of visual inspection,no label of the scrap is falling.Conclusion In order to further reduce scrap rate,blood still need each department to make a series of improvement measures,improve the blood donors,especially recruiting blood donors for the first time education,history of publicity and consultation,should strengthen the management of each link,which can effectively reduce blood scrap,saving resources of the blood
