摘　　要：目的 研究人血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）催化活性浓度参考测量方法中磷酸吡哆醛对测量结果的影响.方法 随机选择150份男性、150份女性临床样本,按照国际临床化学协会（IFCC）酶催化活性参考测量程序第四部分 丙氨酸氨基转移酶参考测量程序和WS/T 352-2011行业标准要求分别配制实验用试剂,分别对300份门诊样本进行测量.结果 加入磷酸吡哆醛与不加磷酸吡哆醛ALT催化活性浓度测量结果之间的差异有统计学意义,加入磷酸吡哆醛后测量结果增高约16.6%,两组方法间测量结果线性方程的确定系数（R）为0.996,具有高度的相关性.结论 研究结果表明加入磷酸吡哆醛与不加磷酸吡哆醛试剂两组测量结果之间的差异具有统计学意义,加入磷酸吡哆醛试剂测量结果显著高于不加磷酸吡哆醛试剂测量结果.Objective To study the effect of pyridoxal-5′-phosphate on measurement results in reference measurements of alanine aminotransferase catalytic activities in human serum.Methods Clinical samples were randomly selected,including 150 male and 150 female,according to the IFCC reference measurement procedure and WS/T 352-2011 occupation standard,preparating experiment reagent,300 samples were measured respectively.Results The difference of ALT catalytic activities between reagent with pyridoxal-5′-phosphate and reagent without pyridoxal-5′-phosphate was significant,measurement results of reagent with pyridoxal-5′-phosphate were increased 16.6%,coefficient of determination of linear regression equation is 0.996,there are highly correlated.Conclusion It shows that there are significiant difference between measurement results of reagent with pyridoxal-5′-phosphate and without pyridoxal-5′-phosphate,and the results of reagent with pyridoxal-5′-phosphate is higher than the results of reagent without pyridoxal-5′-phosphate.
