摘 要:目的 快速准确检测甲型H1N1流感病毒,提高流感亚型鉴别诊断水平.方法 采用实时荧光反转录聚合酶链式反应(real-time FQ RT-PCR)检测385例流感患者鼻咽拭子标本和血浆H1N1-RNA.结果 68例患者鼻咽拭子甲型H1N1-RNA阳性率为17.66%,治疗第3、5、7天后甲型H1N1流感患者鼻咽拭子甲型H1N1-RNA阳性阴转率分别为20.51%、66.67%和91.02%,鼻、咽拭子标本检测H1N1-RNA有差异(P〈0.01),血浆H1N1-RNA检出1例阳性.结论 real-time FQ RT-PCRneng能快速准确检测甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸,有利于早期治疗和疫情控制.Objective To detect influenza A H1N1 influenza virus quickly and accurately,and to improve the differential diagnosis of influenza subtype.Methods Using real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(real-time FQ RT-PCR) to detect 385 cases of influenza patients with nasopharyngeal swab specimens and plasma H1N1-RNA.Results 68 cases of nasopharyngeal swabs of influenza A H1N1-RNA positive rate was 17.66%,third,5,7 days after the treatment of H1N1 influenza in patients with nasal swabs of influenza A H1N1-RNA positive rate respectively.20.51%,66.67% and 91.02%,nose and throat swabs to detect H1N1-RNA differences(P〈0.01),plasma H1N1-RNA detection was positive in 1 cases.Conclusion Real-time FQ RT-PCR can quickly and accurately detect influenza a H1N1 influenza virus nucleic acid,which is conducive to the early treatment and epidemic control.
