摘　　要：超声已成为临床诊断乳腺癌的重要手段,超声新技术(弹性超声和超声造影)是近年来的研究热点。全文简要介绍乳腺疾病常规超声BI-RADS(breast imaging reporting and data system)分类、弹性超声和超声造影概况及研究进展。Ultrasound has become an important mean for clinical diagnosis of breast cancer. The new technology of ultrasound including ultrasonic elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography is a hot research topic in recent years. This paper briefly introduces the general situation and advances of BI-RADS classification, ultrasonic elastography and contrastenhanced ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast diseases.
