摘  要:目的:探讨在家庭医生签约服务下对社区糖尿病患者家庭管理的效果。方法:将240例在册管理的社区糖尿病患者随机分为对照组120例,平均年龄为(63.93±7.26)岁;观察组120例,平均年龄为(66.67±8.33)岁。对照组常规管理干预,观察组接受家庭医生签约服务在常规管理干预基础上增加家庭管理干预。结果:干预后观察组在糖尿病自我管理(包括糖尿病知识、饮食管理、运动管理、药物管理、遵医行为、血糖控制)水平有明显提高(P<0.05);血糖和血脂控制均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:家庭医生签约服务下对社区糖尿病患者家庭管理效果明显,值得家庭医生在社区糖尿病管理上推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of family doctor signing service on family management of diabetic patients in the community. Methods:Two hundred and forty cases of community diabetes mellitus registered in the management were randomly divided into a control group with 120 cases and the average age was(63.93±7.26) years old; and an observation group with 120 cases and the average age was(66.67±8.33) years old. The control group received routine management intervention, and the observation group accepted family doctor signing service and added the family management intervention on the basis of routine management intervention. Results:After the intervention, the level of self-management of diabetes mellitus(including diabetes knowledge, diet management, exercise management, drug management, compliance behavior and blood glucose control) in the observation group was significantly improved(P0.05), and blood glucose and blood lipid control were improved(P0.05). Conclusion:Family doctor signing service has the obvious effect on family management of diabetic patients in the community, and it is worth popularizing by family doctors in community diabetes management.
